Before We Arrive
📦 Pick Up & Declutter
Our team is here to clean, not organize. Picking up personal items, toys, clothes, and dishes beforehand lets us focus entirely on making your surfaces sparkle. The less clutter on counters and floors, the more thorough we can be.
🐖 Secure Pets
We love animals, but for their safety and our team's ability to work efficiently, please secure pets in a separate room, crate, or outside area during the cleaning. Let us know about any pet-specific concerns (accidents, sensitive areas).
🔑 Provide Access
If you won't be home, make sure we can get in. Options include:
- Leave a key with a neighbor or in a lockbox
- Provide a garage or door entry code
- Leave the door unlocked during the scheduled window
Let us know your preferred entry method when confirming your appointment.
💬 Tell Us Your Priorities
Every home is different. Let us know if there are:
- Areas you want us to focus on (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.)
- Rooms or areas to skip
- Surfaces that need special care (natural stone, hardwood, antiques)
- Any allergies or sensitivities we should know about
What You Don't Need to Do
- Don't pre-clean — that's our job! Just pick up personal items.
- Don't provide supplies — we bring everything: cleaning products, vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths.
- Don't move heavy furniture — we clean around and under what we can safely move.
On Cleaning Day
Our team arrives within your scheduled window, fully equipped. The first visit may take slightly longer as we learn your home's layout. We'll do a walkthrough when finished if you're home, or send a notification when complete.
Remember: our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee means if anything doesn't meet your expectations, just let us know and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge.
